The association collaborates with other professional associations such as the Tanzania Society of Animal Production (TSAP) and Tanzania Veterinary Paraprofessional Association (TAVEPA) in promoting development of livestock industry, promoting animal welfare as well as promoting scientific dialogue and exchange of knowledge and information amongst members and other stakeholders from within and outside the country. We envisage that TVA website will be used as a mouthpiece as well as providing useful information in respect to the TVA activities. We also expect that the website will serve as a repository of important documents related to the veterinary profession (e.g. acts, rules, regulations, SOPs, etc.) as well as knowledge acquisition site.
