Various stakeholders are expected to come together to ensure the successful celebration of World Veterinary Day (WVD) in Tanzania. The 2025 national celebration is scheduled to take place in Manyara Region, from 24th April, culminating in a grand event on Saturday, April 26th.
The event has received strong support from numerous stakeholders within the livestock sector. The Tanzania Veterinary Association (TVA) expresses heartfelt gratitude to all institutions, organizations, and companies that have come forward to sponsor this year’s celebration.
Notable supporters of the 2025 World Veterinary Day include the Veterinary Council of Tanzania (VCT), Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA), Arusha Society for the Protection of Animals (ASPA), and Rabies Free Tanzania. In addition, companies such as Roll Agrovet, Ric Agrovet, Ashish Life Science, Vet Care, and Jordan Bio Industries Center (JOVAC) have also lent their support.
